Just download a torrent program, what it does is download small portions of a very large file from like 30 other people close to you. Unlike a single download from a FTP site or itunes. This way the file exists in cyber space or the torrent cloud instead of a single server, if black hats ran an attack like they did here last night it would kill trying to download the file. With the torrent they can't kill us all.
Well it was probably created for pirating DVDs, the files are too large to download from a single source, so you will see a lot of that stuff on here.

No, Q said they would give instruction, with the wiki file I downloaded there was a .torrent file and you open that in your torrent program and it starts searching others computers for that file and asks for chunks and assembles the file.
