I feel the same a lot, but I take a deep breath, and whatever is going on right now, must happen. It doesnt feel right but i cannot change it, i can only control my emotional response to it. I believe God is in control and thr country, the entire world has tp acknowledge this evil. Its extremely gir empaths, its almost unbearable, but all we can do is believe that God himself, knows what hes doing.
