• "Coincidentally" HJ Heinz III died in a plane crash leading Teresa to obtain ownership of the Heinz empire.

John Kerry (former colleague of Heinz III and future Sec. of State) "runs into" Teresa Heinz and they marry. Seems oddly suspicious to me.
