'Huge victory': Judge names members of Fulton election board in lawsuit; ballot audit will proceed

An order handed down by a Georgia judge today named several individual members of a county elections board as respondents in an election-related lawsuit, clearing the way for an intensive audit of 2020 absentee ballots in Georgia's largest county.
Superior Court Judge Brian Amero in a Thursday ruling dismissed several claims brought against governmental entities of Fulton County on sovereign immunity grounds, but he allowed the five members of Fulton County's Board of Registration and Elections to be named in the suit.
"Sovereign immunity" is a legal doctrine that holds that governmental parties are protected from many or most forms of lawsuits. In Amero's ruling, he notes that Georgia law stipulates that “no suit alleging violations of due process or equal protection rights under the Georgia Constitution, that seek declaratory or injunctive relief, may be initiated against either the state or county,” barring a waiver from the state legislature or the state constitution.
Yet even as he dismissed the government parties in the suit, Amero subsequently moved to add the five members of Fulton's elections board as parties pursuant to a request from the petitioners in the case.
Bob Cheeley, an Atlanta-area lawyer serving as the lead attorney for two of the petitioners, told Just the News that the filing will help the complainants "get an audit and get to the truth" and that the audit will move forward following the decision.
“This is a huge victory for everyone who wants to get to the truth about the way in which Fulton County mishandled the absentee ballot count,” he said on Thursday evening.
Fulton County did not immediately respond to a request for comment on Thursday evening.

Voting Machine Maker ES&S confirmed on Tuesday they sold machines with wireless modems to 11 states…their website claims that “zero” of its voting tabulators were internet-connected.
Just how many ES&S machines has wireless modems? 14,000. According to independent journalist Emerald Robinson, 14,000 ES&S voting machine had wireless modems which were then NOT connected to the internet to count votes correctly.
Voting machine maker ES&S confirmed they sold machines with wireless modems to 11 states, including Michigan & Wisconsin.
How many machines had modems? 14,000.
The ES&S website claimed that “zero” of its voting tabulators were Internet connected.

Detroit News – The judge cast doubt on the affidavits of several GOP poll challengers who were present during the absentee counting process, writing that they had not attended an Oct. 29 walkthrough of operations at TCF Center and “did not have a full understanding” of the process.
Poll challengers, represented by the Great Lakes Justice Center, requested an independent audit of the Wayne County election results before the scheduled Tuesday completion of certification, a halt to the certification process, an order voiding the county’s results and a new election in Wayne County.
Former MI State Senator Patrick Colbeck, an aerospace engineer, and author, was a poll challenger at TCF Center. He spoke with The Gateway Pundit publisher Jim Hoft about seeing evidence that the Dominion Voting Systems were connected to the internet.
Judge Kenny completely discounted Colbeck’s incredible claims of illegally connecting the computers in the counting center to the internet, and instead focused on a post he made on his Facebook page where he talked about how Democrats would use COVID as a cover to commit election day fraud, saying that it undermines his credibility as a witness.

“No formal challenges were filed. However, sinister, fraudulent motives were ascribed to the process and the city of Detroit,” Kenny wrote in a Friday opinion. “Plaintiff’s interpretation of events is incorrect and not credible.”

I was a poll challenger at the TCF Center and after the doors were locked, we lost about 40% of our GOP poll challengers. Democrat poll challengers and the Democrat agitators whose job it was to attack and distract GOP poll workers, had food and water brought into the counting room and didn’t have to go anywhere to eat lunch. The majority of the Democrats were still in the room while GOP poll challengers had to go to another floor in the TCF Center to get food and water. Upon learning that the GOP poll challengers were locked out, paid election workers and Democrat poll challengers and Democrat agitators erupted in cheers.
Wayne County’s bipartisan board of canvassers is expected to certify the city’s results on Tuesday, followed by a state certification vote on Nov. 23.
The city of Detroit has denied each allegation and said they are proof the plaintiffs “do not understand absent voter ballot processing and tabulating.”

Randy Pullen, a former chairman of Arizona’s GOP serving as a volunteer consultant to the Arizona Senate, sat down in an interview at the audit site with The Sun Times to discuss their months of work. He shared that they would likely be finished by Saturday. Pullen said that they’ve averaged over 125,000 ballots a day at this point.
Pullen shared that it’s taken their workers a while due to the inconsistencies in the ballot batches. With each inconsistency, the workers must flag the legal counsel and officials to document the issue.
“Originally, what the counties said was that each batch was in plastic bags. Then, [we] discovered that each batch has only pink sheets [batch sheets] between them. Or, the pink sheets are stacked together on top of all the ballots. Those [ballots] are counted, but there’s no identifiable way to determine which batch they are a part of,” said Pullen. “Everything is legally documented. If everything is perfect, then there’s no problem. But here’s what happens: the batch sheet says there are 200 [ballots] but there’s only 190. Then legal counsel has to document that there’s only 190.”
When asked when the company in charge of the audit, Cyber Ninjas, would finish their analysis, Pullen estimated the end of July at the earliest. The only problem, he said, concerns the tabulating machines and routers. Auditors don’t have access to those yet because election officials won’t turn them over. Pullen said that this presented an issue – especially because election officials reportedly lack the passwords to the tabulators.

The Arizona Legislature is expected to Sine Die (official end of the session) shortly after the budget is completed because a super Majority of Dems and Republicans support ending the session.
Sine Die will cause all legislation not passed to die. We will possibly remain in an emergency unless Gov. Ducey ends it (this is being negotiated and explored by the Governor per insider sources).
Sine Die will also put the audit at additional risk for shenanigans because the Senate will not be in session to hold a contempt vote. Although, Sen. Boyer has affirmed he will vote no on contempt votes.
Within the budget is an arrangement to hold a joint election committee to review the findings of the election audit with the suggestion to ask Gov. Ducey to call a special session to pass additional election integrity bills. There is no requirement for the Governor to comply.

Arizona Senate overrides a governor's veto for first time in 40 years
PHOENIX — State senators did something Thursday they haven't done in four decades: voted to override a gubernatorial veto and set the stage for the House to do the same.
And now they're hoping that Republican Gov. Doug Ducey doesn't retaliate.
The 25-5 vote came on one of the 22 bills that Ducey vetoed a month ago because he was upset that the Republican-controlled Legislature had failed to send him a state budget. The Senate needed just 20 to get the required two-thirds vote for the override.
Senators also voted on Thursday to repass new versions of 21 of the measures and send them back to the governor.

John McAfee’s Strange Suicide Leads To Even Stranger Conspiracy Theories
Today is a sad day for the crypto-verse. For good or bad, John McAfee, one of the most eccentric, bizarre, and influential personalities of the ecosystem, said his goodbyes to the physical world in a no less eccentric, bizarre, and controversial way: He committed suicide by hanging himself from a rope in his prison hours after learning that the Spanish justice system had approved his extradition to the United States.
The news was first announced by his lawyer and later confirmed by the government of Catalonia, the region of Spain where McAfee was imprisoned.

Immediately after the news broke, the Crypto Twitter community quickly shared their shock. Some paid respect, others criticized… and others questioned everything that happened.
Don’t Trust…
The conspiracy was easy to imagine, given McAfee’s background. Several cryptocurrency influencers began trying to tie up loose ends to understad what happened. They relied on several tweets from McAfee claiming that he would never commit suicide, that he was being threatened, and that he knew some secrets that the elites needed to silence.
But something that blew everyone’s minds was a picture uploaded post-mortem to his official Instagram account. A black letter Q, presumably pointing to the QAnon movement, though without explanation.
QAnon, or simply Q, is a conspiracy movement that claims that a group of satanic pedophiles dominate government and media elites. Its followers claimed that former President Donald Trump was waging a battle to destroy this group.
The movement gained momentum with the arrest of Harvey Epstein on sex charges. The suspicious causes of his controversial suicide prior to his testimony further heightened suspicions that he had in fact been murdered in order to be silenced.
The slogan “Epstein didn’t kill himself” went viral and is still observed when references are made to corrupt government practices in the United States.
And, of course, McAfee had a thing or two to say about this. He pointed out to similarities between his case and Harvey Epstein’s in many times, and assured he had many secrets that the government wanted to hide. If his allegations are true, and the QAnon post means anything, we could soon find out what he knew.

A Twitter user attempted to contact the administrator of the controversial right-wing news site Zero Hedge and introduce him to a Spanish journalist who claims to have video recordings and reports that Joe Biden allegedly teamed up with the Prime Minister of Spain, Pedro Sanchez, to fake McAfee’s suicide.

Also, Kim Dotcom, the man behind Mega.nz and active Bitcoin Cash advocate, claimed to be working with McAfee on an initiative to fight government surveillance shortly before the tragic news.

And finance lecturer Vladislav Ginko also shared several tweets warning about the danger of McAfee and his family suffering from deaths caused by USAMRIID, the Department of Defense’s (DoD) lead laboratory for medical, biological defense research.
So far, no official autopsy has indicated his cause of death. In the meantime, theories will continue to emerge. But if there is one thing that everyone – conspiracy theorists or not – can agree on, it is that John McAfee lived his own way until the end.
