Seems to me this is a hand-held phone-video-recording of the neighboring building's security-system-video of their "pool deck area" - with the next-door condo building in background.

Listen to the audio in this copy (PB) - you can hear discussion of what the staff should be doing as the hand-held phone-video-recording is made. I'm assuming that this was taped and release w/o "permission", before FBI seized everything.

DOES the original security-system-video have it's own audio recording of the events immediately prior to the building collapse? The neighboring building is brand new. Do most brand-new building security systems ALSO record audio? If so, are there "pop-pop-pop" sounds on that recording prior to and during the collapse?
