Theory on the recent UFO events

I've just been reading an old report by the NSA which examined intelligence officers' response to 'Surprise or Deceptive Data'.

Report: https://www.nsa.gov/Portals/70/documents/news-features/declassified-documents/ufo/ufo_ic_blind_spot.pdf

The file includes examples in history where the 'surprised state' of individuals/ groups in history often caused their demise or were detrimental to their wellbeing.

Examples given include:

  • 'Because 'we could not appreciate the power of the novel carrier strike force were surprised and defeated at Pearl Harbor.'

  • 'Because the Aztecs could not conceive of the Spanish as human enemies, they were destroyed by this sudden invasion of alien Gods who could not be defended against.'

  • 'Because Americans found it incomprehensible that a crude technology could effectively defend itself against a sophisticated weapons system, many aircraft were lost to WWII model antiaircraft and small arms fire in vietnam.'

The report includes additional examples.

So here's my theory, from a simple Anon:

My guess is that the recent discussion and events regarding UFOs could be a way to gauge the Public's reaction and readiness to surprising or deceptive information stimuli, in order for the American Military/ Intel community etc to be able to ensure that America's adversaries do not exploit this weakness onto the public, as this may be used as a psychological weapon. The general public may be in the process of being taught to question such unexplainable phenomena and use logical thinking so that the public are 'trained' in the event that America's adversaries use this psychological technique of overwhelming the public with surprisingly deceptive information.

This could also be a way to gauge if the general public is ready to accept the terrible truth that Q has been showing to us by forcing the general public to use logical thinking to fill in the gaps of information which the news/ government is not providing them.

Whilst this specific theory is certainly not going to be 100% true, it's important to understand that, as shown in the report linked above, the NSA have used such phenomena in the past in order to examine human psychology, so it's not exactly a wild theory to suggest that the recent UFO report is purposefully designed to study the public's reaction and thought process.
