Spent 23 years in the USAF. This UAP "Report" contains less information than a typical disciplinary Letter of Admonishment/Counseling/Reprimand on a low level enlisted troop. It is what we call a "Self-Licking Ice cream Cone".
Although preliminary, it is an official report to Congress consisting of less than 10 pages with Terms + Appendix. Whenever I wrote reports to Congress, such as when we had to turn away a Herculean douchebag such as Louie Gohmert at the USAF Academy during an election year, the report was approximately 37 pages of content detailing the actions involved.
This report is 100% HORSESHIT on one of the most important issues of our civilization.
