if "future" refers to points in time yet to come the answer is nobody but if it means what will be in the future, to certain extent it depends what we will and want but there are constraints to that .. like they used ti sing at the Trump rallies until The Rolling Stones banned the usage of their song " you can't always get what you want" …
but if we think someone like a baker who takes the flour, yeast salt water - or just bread crumbs - and starts to bake he or she or xir whatever creates that part of the future where the bread or bun exists.
