Mayor Charles Burkett/.surfside florida. is on CNN now requesting that the Champlain building,(N?) be evacuated.

Now, they are saying an engineer noticed a major crack in ??? and noted it in a letter in 2018.
However, engineer said building was in no immediate danger.
Mayor is saying that because there is another building with same name , it should be evacuated.

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^narrative that it was structural damage….and because this building has a twin…the twin must be evacuated.

just a few days ago, I swear, this mayor was on tv saying it looked like a controlled demolition to him, now he is on tv blaming a crack identified in engineer's letter from 2018, and wanting to evacuate the building's twin.

Mayor of Surfside, FL, is calling for people who live in a building near the collapsed condo tower to relocate.
Champlain Towers North is located a block away from the site of Thursday’s catastrophe, and likewise it's a 12-story apartment building constructed in 1981.
