A very busy boy indeed. Well done! Wish we could help but it appears you would have to post pics of each page of that file. We can draw inferences from names and entities in the file and dig on those. That green page is VERY dasting. Shows concerns re activities at 4 Victoria and “sales” of certain gadgets that go boom. The time period in question is during the Iran/Iraq War in the mid 1980s, and Op Staunch was the US effort to pressure other countries to curb their arms sales to Iran. The US was concerned that its weapons were still finding their way to Iran (from other countries). Nevertheless, the address of 4 Victoria has been established as a location for previous arms sales concerns and not simply a connection for commerce with Iran. Good dig, Anon.

>Any hints in the pics that the pics were taken in different order? When looking at lunar bearings for the Moon at a bearing of 151.5 degrees, am looking at a 4am moon on evening of 24DEC and a 4:40am moon on 25DEC. The ROT images appear to be within 2 minutes of each other, from the time our pedestrians begin to cross the street to arriving at Whitehall and Northumberland. I have been discounting the possibility of LISA being taken after those pics for the reason that we discussed about the CH pics being taken by a hand-held camera, and therefore I could see no reason for our cameraman going BACK to the top of Hungerford Bridge to snap LISA. On that logic, I feel LISA could be BEFORE the ROT series, as perhaps the first person or persons were seen at the gangway to the HISPANIOLA.

As a sidenote, we had commented on the pictorial evidence that showing HISP riding high in the the water relative to her mooring dolphins. I extrapolated from the previous days’ high tides and estimate high tides of 5:31am and 5:58am respectively for eves of 24 and 25DEC. Those would be roughly 1hr,30mins before HT on eveninh of 24DEC, and 1hr,18mins before HT on 25DEC.

The short and quick logic as to the ROT pics and 2847 is the cars in the pics matching.

On another note, I have not given up on putting a time to that WW WildeMaus pic and would like your advice Anon.

As you are the anon who has spent hundreds of hours looking at WW pics, am relying on your best estimate of the camera location for that pic. See map I have provided with my own guess for the camera location. As you might guess, it is important as to the bearing to the solitary bright star which is bright enough to overcome even the carnival lighting of WW. Even a few degrees difference can mean 15 minutes. (Reminder: 1 degree = 4 minutes.)

I won’t keep you guessing too much. There are 3 of brightest stars to the Northwest from sunset around 4:35pm to the 10pm closing time of WW. They are easily distinguishable and because of that form an “asterism” known as the Summer Triangle. Don’t worry about the name though. They are Altair, Vega and Deneb. I have eliminated Altair as being so low it sinks below horizon by 8pm or so. Vega reaches the target area at only 15 degrees. Deneb appears as the highest in elevation of the 3 and reaches target bearing around 26 or so degrees. But your estimated camera location could help that. I will lay out my reasons in more detail about choosing Deneb later, but basically it’s one of the 3 brightest “circumpolar” stars in the Northern sky. And it’s in the right place at the right time. Looking like 9:30pm-ish.

>UK Anons, consider the °star pattern" in LONDON2847 and its nonappearance in the other EMB pics that were taken within seconds of each other.

Have looked at car headlights and can’t see any difference. Someone had their high beams on for a time mebbe? Was also thinking some traffic light change, but can’t see any. There is the LondonEye and the bright spot light on HISPANIOLA in ROT1 which adds more light which could have been just enough to block out the stars. However, we have ROT2 to deal with. Maybe also look for some additional light source in ROT2 which might add glare? Like I said before, a car’s high beams? That’s all I can think of. Is that burned out street lamp seen in all pics? Was thinking a light that is failing can be intermittent. Best I can come up with. Was even thinking some flashing “harbour light” kind of safety light but can’t see anything.

Thanks very much, Anon. Good eye on where the arrow should pass just before the back corner of the coaster. That’s gonna help keep the time close to 9:30pm. Actually, I was hoping for an angle just to the left of my arrow but didn’t want to say so before you gave your answer. Thx fren.
