Unfortunately not, PNG does have the ability to have text/time modified in the file format, but I have searched through it and cant find any of the relevant "chunks". Looked for tIME, iTXt, tEXt and zTXt
The use of the ASCII char for the T in THE STORM is also a bit odd.

Not exactly rocket science, noticed that the img url was the same across the multiple sites, figured I would try the page url with onsizzle instead of the other site name. Nothing different though, same date/time.
