I agree, as you say - the cars and pedestrians. There looks to be a group coming towards the camera passing the entrance to Tattershall, the 2 on the right hand side, the "main" group, the traffic queues. There is the guy with the bike in a brown jacket with either a white hoodie/white collar - can't see him in ROT2, although he maybe out of frame.
I am also guessing that the purple building in the background had some kind of animation to the lights, in 2847 and ROT2 it looks like a 5 on a dice, in ROT 1 it appears solid(ish - possibly a cascade type effect).
