I am up for that. Its been a while since I did anything with time/date stamps, post numbers etc. I'll dust of my paint skills. We should probably go with the plain EST time stamps to start, but couldn't hurt to have the GMT time stamps available, usually EST -5, but there maybe something to take into account with BST/DST.
