Get some feed. Put it out daily for a few days til they know they can count on it being there and start showing up every day.
put up fencing one side at a time, adding a new side as they get comfy with the last one. Last one has a gate - when you put that last side of fencing up, leave the gate open for a few days so they get used to walking in to feed.
Once they are comfy with that, all you have to do is come out of that deer blind and close that gate
