I had a thought re: oil prices.

I am sure Trump knew when he began ops in Iran and ME that any appearance of instability in the region would cause a spike in the price of oil. Here in TX the economy becomes a lot more robust when oil prices are above $80… OPEC can flood the market to keep prices down and us out of the exploration business. As prices edge upward… more domestic production happens but the media is calling it a "crisis."

Next thing ya know we're not only self sufficient, we're exporting more oil and gas than ever before…. GLOBAL Leader in Energy!
