Just adding to this, came up the other week when someone wanted to know how many lurkers are here. UUIDS are only people that have posted, active ISPs from the front page are only people that have posted. From a technical point of view the concept is flawed, if the site does more shit with IPs that do not post, and hence do not captcha, like log and display and connect to admin tools, the site becomes easier to take down.
Been digging a bit on the plane 45 was on. Could be nothing, but I recall some sort of military related record touch and go of 1.5 hours comms around the same time. Any takers?
