constitution is a debt arrangement

goes from there to the Declaration of Independence, that established a religious trust. It is as if all of us are living in a monastery outside Commerce unless we contract otherwise.

But i digress.

It's in part up to the internal military oblisgations and in part up to the Law of Nations, Lex Mercatoria, Canon Law, the Laws of Air, Land, and Sea, and the skill of those making the pleadings, the common sense of those hearing the pleadings, angels included. etc.

how did we derive a Republic from a religious trust? we do not seem to comprehend, as a majority or a quantum shift, or whatever it takes, that the religious trust writings in the Declaration are what gave us the impetus to insist on Common Law rights.
