I never was one to take the word dimension or teleportation seriously, and im still not, atleast not in the sense those words try to clarify the events taking place when we see such unexplainable phenomama.

How rare it is to even find one of these, why would that enable you to see anything?

If anyone has ever looked into aliens, reptilians, mermaids, etc, they are all said to exist in other dimensions, and thats the quick exit to any tangible evidence.

Before I even explain my theory, watch this video on a tuning fork. This is video evidence that vibration itself, after a certian point is not noticable to our eyes. The tuning fork shakes faster than we can see emiting a sound wave, proving its vibrating.

Sound waves work the same, after a certian point we no longer can hear it, AKA quartz oscillators that exist in watches are set to a frequency that we cant hear, so that ticking sound no longer annoys us.

Almost as if the clover isnt supposed to be here, a glitch you would say. My theory is the clover itself could be vibrating at a frequency close to that of where one could say fairies vibrate. Allowing you to see fairies.

Stargates or teleportation/portals would work in this concept, instead of ripping your atoms apart and putting them back together in another universe, all thats happening when you walk through a.. "portal" is the vibration is so strong, that it changes your vibration at its core, so you too vibrate in that frequency. The same idea as creating a temporary magnet from heat.

When you walk through a portal or a frequency source so strong that it changes your frequency too, you would instantly disappear, and visualize an entire new world, if any that was on that frequency. Your a tuning fork that never stops vibrating, just change the tune to see a new world.

You would walk through walls in our dimension, sound and matierals would not even exist to you, this is what a higher plane of existence is, just straight up your tune.

In this sense, you can turn invisible at any second and go somewhere else, but if you forget your original tune youlll never get back home ;)

This is just my theory on dimensions.

Cardiologist here. What’s amazing is that even this pump, called the Total Artificial Heart, is largely a thing of the past. Due to the nature of the device and how it pumps blood (through a roughly similar mechanism to a heart chamber squeezing), there is risk of blood clotting within the pump and being sent to the rest of the body, one of the most devastating complications being stroke. This device is still used in rare instances when patients have failure of both the right and left ventricles.

Nowadays, we use pumps that accelerate blood through specially coated centrifugal pumps. There is never stasis of blood as these deliver continuous flow. As such, the clotting risk is now very very low. And they don’t have a pulse (continuous blood flow), although the device we use now has an artificial pulse it creates by intermittently changing flow RPM. All these pumps require blood thinners regardless because in the end blood is contacting a foreign material and that leads to clotting risk.

There are a lot of other nuisances to these pumps but it is pretty amazing how far we have come and how patients can go from not being able to walk to the bathroom because they are so short of breath to being able to perform relatively vigorous exercise. Patients will have these pumps implanted for end-stage heart failure that is no longer manageable with medications. They are either used as a bridge to heart transplant, as getting a donor doesn’t happen overnight, or they are used as “destination therapy” meaning the pump is implanted knowing the patient will eventually die with it.

These stories are very heartwarming and a great example of how far we have come. Sometimes I forget because I’m surrounded by it everyday that this is surreal still to a lot of people.
