Joe Biden has always been this way. He is the type of person who thinks in terms of "being cool man" so he does and says things he thinks people will look at and think, "man, Joe sure is hip".

I think you are correct anon. Their plans were to draw this way farther out like you say, years, than what POTUS forced them to do. The first part succeeded in removing POTUS, the second part was the implementation of the Great Reset. President Trump fucked their plans up BIGLY!!!!
