Complete bullshit of course. We saw Rogan stunt with declaring himself a libertarian, and then supporting commie Bernie full potato. It´s political subversion, and this trick of having edgy influencers proclaiming, that libertarianism is the same as being "politically objective and neutral", is a left wing ploy to sway particularly young voters ( away from national populist conservatism).
