They are always monitored finically and are brainwashed with a self-sacrifice mentality. Their relationships are monitored and arranged. They are often paired with handlers. Chipped and controlled for life. If a Solider goes AWOL, it is a liability and no accountability or responsibility will lead back to the Operators. No opportunities will be entertained that would permit a lawsuit. All Soldiers are property for life.
