is it possible to justify having a dog in the city?
I feel like if people get a dog, while living in the city, they don't care how the dog affects everyone else, or that they reduce what they as a person can achieve, because they now have to adapt their life to the needs to a dog.
Dogs might do well out in the countryside, or at least outside the city, to guard property, but in a city, they are just a nuisance and a burden, mainly because it isn't justifiable and people pretend that their dog fits in instead of thinking things through.
