My sister is on the phone and she tells me her husband is getting a German Sheppard and teaching all commands in German.

I can hear myself now she says, "Nein Nein Nein" all day.

Apparently, The only way these Commies will stop is when they are behind bars.

Trump Organization could face criminal charges in New York next week

Possible charges relate to fringe benefits for top executive

Charging of company would add to Trumpā€™s legal problems

The Manhattan district attorney has informed lawyers for Donald Trump that criminal charges against the Trump Organization are possible, a lawyer for Trump confirmed on Friday.

The New York Times first reported that possible charges against the former presidentā€™s company were related to ā€œfringe benefits the company awarded a top executiveā€.

Allen Weisselberg, the Trump Organizationā€™s longtime chief financial officer, has widely been reported to be the target of such investigations.

Citing ā€œseveral people with knowledge of the matterā€, the Times said charges against Weisselberg and the Trump Organization could be unveiled as soon as next week.

ā€œWhile the prosecutors had been building a case for months against Mr Weisselberg as part of an effort to pressure him to cooperate with the inquiry,ā€ the paper said, ā€œit was not previously known that the company also might face charges.ā€

Biden Stopped Cold by Trump-Appointed Judges

Judges appointed by former President Donald Trump are creating trouble for President Joe Bidenā€™s policies in the early months of the new administration.

Trump-appointed judges have ruled against the current president on policies related to immigration, COVID-19 relief and the environment, among others, Fox News reported.

Many of the court cases against Bidenā€™s policies have yet to be decided and decisions against Biden could be overturned by higher courts.

ā€œWhat youā€™re seeing is that ā€˜pen and phoneā€™ initiatives are running into legal trouble right off the bat,ā€ Ilya Shapiro, the vice president and director of the libertarian Cato Instituteā€™s Robert A. Levy Center for Constitutional Studies, told Fox News.

ā€œTrump appointed a lot of judges ā€” more than anyone in one term than Jimmy Carter, for whom Congress created 152 new judgeships to fill ā€” and these folks arenā€™t as deferential to executive power as past Republican-appointed judges might have been.ā€

Former Attorney General Bill Barr Backstabs Trump

Former Attorney General William Barr has completed his backstabbing of President Donald Trump in a new book by ABC reporter Jon Karl.

A portion of the new book, titled ā€œBetrayal,ā€ was obtained by The Atlantic and it showed the break between Trump and Barr.

Barr said the break came after he told The Associated Press, ā€œTo date, we have not seen fraud on a scale that could have affected a different outcome in the election.ā€

ā€œThereā€™s been one assertion that would be systemic fraud and that would be the claim that machines were programmed essentially to skew the election results. And the DHS and DOJ have looked into that, and so far, we havenā€™t seen anything to substantiate that,ā€ he said on December 1, 2020.
