FAA Denies Boeing Permission To Move Forward In Certifying 777X Due To Serious Flight Test Incident

If it's not one Boeing jet malfunctioning, it's another.

With Boeing facing an uphill climb in restoring the public's confidence in its crash-prone 737MAX, the aerospace giant is facing fresh troubles, this time involving the updated version of the long-haul 777X jet which is facing additional testing because of what U.S. regulators called a serious test-flight incident and multiple other issues with software and inadequate data.

In a sternly worded letter dated May 13, which was reviewed by The Seattle Times, the FAA warned Boeing it may have to increase the number of test flights planned and that certification realistically is now more than two years out, probably in late 2023.

According to the report, the FAA cited a long list of concerns, including a serious flight control incident during a test flight on Dec. 8, 2020, when the plane experienced an "uncommanded pitch event" meaning the nose of the aircraft pitched abruptly up or down without input from the pilots. During the incident, flight-control software triggered the plane to move without pilots’ input, similar to the malfunction responsible for the two 737MAX crashes.

Boeing has yet to satisfy the FAA that it has fully understood and corrected what went wrong that day.

An FAA official said the drag on 777X certification is now “the subject of a lot of attention” at high levels both within the agency and at Boeing.

“The FAA anticipates a significant impact to the level of regression testing, change impact analysis, and the potential to increase the number of certification flight tests that will need to take place,” the letter said according to Bloomberg. It was written by Ian Won, the acting head of FAA’s division overseeing Boeing.

The FAA said in the letter it now expected the certification wouldn’t occur until mid to late 2023 and the work would take “additional resources” that could hamper other projects with the company. While the FAA doesn’t set the timing of certification work, relying on companies for that, the letter suggests the program could face delays.

The latest delay will push the jet’s entry into commercial service into early 2024, four years later than originally planned.

Virtually all of Zuckerberg’s money, which was funneled through the Center for Tech and Civic Life (CTCL), worked to boost turnout for Biden.

Proving the partisan conflict of interest, leaders from the CTCL overpowered and overruled local election authorities and, through coercion, accessed mail-in ballots ahead of the election.

Radical Oregon Democrats Pass Bill to Give ILLEGALS Medicaid

On Saturday, Oregon’s State Senate passed bill HB 3352, which expanded eligibility for illegal aliens to receive Medicaid.

The Radical-left Governor of Oregon, Kate Brown, is expected to sign the bill into law this week. She has been a flagrant supporter of the use of taxpayer funds to people who are here illegally. Her office has been pressuring the Oregon Legislature to pass the “cover all people” proposal since March.

Gov. Brown: “Everyone deserves access to health care. It’s the right thing to do, the just thing to do. And, it’s smart economic policy.”

Smart economic policy?

According to the most recent data from Pew Research Center, there are 110,000 illegal aliens living in Oregon. Usually, the Federal Government pays most of the costs associated with Medicaid, but non-citizens are ineligible for federal funding. This means that Oregon taxpayers will have to foot the entire bill. The estimate to cover an additional 50,000 people on Medicaid, less than half of the state’s population of illegals, would be over $300M.

From Lund Report: “Typically, Medicaid costs taxpayers about $6,000 per covered person per year. So, covering 50,000 would cost about $300 million a year.”

This continues the organized effort by socialist-dems across the country to give out free money and benefits to illegals who can make it across the border. Biden will even put them up in a hotel and send them to the American city of their choice. It’s no wonder hundreds of thousands of people are pouring across the border every month.

It’s the only way these Marxists can stay in power. They aren’t giving these people free money and healthcare for nothing. They are buying their vote while destroying the country at the same time.

Background

John F. Kennedy, the 35th President of the United States, was assassinated on Friday, November 22, 1963 at 12:30 p.m. Central Standard Time in Dallas, Texas while riding in a motorcade in Dealey Plaza.

Kennedy was allegedly fatally shot by a former U.S Marine, Lee Harvey Oswald, while he was riding with his wife, Jacqueline, Texas Governor John Connally, and Connally’s wife, Nellie, in a presidential motorcade.

A ten-month investigation by the Warren Commission from November 1963 to September 1964 concluded that Oswald acted alone in shooting Kennedy, and that Jack Ruby also acted alone when he killed Oswald before he could stand trial. Kennedy’s death marked the fourth (following Lincoln, Garfield, and McKinley) and most recent assassination of an American President. Vice President Lyndon B. Johnson became President upon Kennedy’s death.

The Documents Collection

On July 24, October 26, November 3, November 9, November 17 and December 15, 2017, along with their final release on April 26, 2018, the National Archives & Records Administration (NARA) released previous withheld records relating to the JFK Assassination. Upon this final release, the National Archive stated the following:

“All documents subject to section 5 of the JFK Act have been released in full or in part. No documents subject to section 5 of the JFK Act remain withheld in full. The President has determined that all information that remains withheld under section 5 must be reviewed again before October 26, 2021 to determine whether continued withholding from disclosure is necessary.”

Burkina Faso: Children Ages 12-14 Responsible for Massacre of over 130 People

Child soldiers “between the ages of 12 and 14” perpetrated a massacre in Burkina Faso this month that killed over 130 people, Burkina Faso’s government said on Thursday.

“The attackers were mostly children between the ages of 12 and 14,” Ousseni Tamboura, a Burkina Faso government spokesman, told reporters in the nation’s capital, Ouagadougou, on June 24.

Tamboura referred to a massacre of residents in the northeastern village of Solhan on June 4. The incident marked Burkina Faso’s deadliest Islamist terror attack since 2015.

“On the night of June 4-5, scores of jihadists linked to al-Qaeda and the Islamic State (IS) group swarmed the village of Solhan, located near the border of Mali and Niger, and staged a ruthless attack on civilians, including women and children,” Agence France-Presse (AFP) reported on June 14.

“I saw them arrive on their motorcycles. There were over a hundred – so many I couldn’t count them. They killed a baby who wasn’t even crawling yet and left its mother alive,” a survivor of the attack identified only as Amadou told AFP.

The West African Sahel region — which includes parts of northern Burkina Faso and neighboring sections of Mali and Niger — has battled an Islamist insurgency since 2015 that has significantly worsened since 2018.

Jihadist groups linked to the Islamist terror groups al-Qaeda and the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) regularly target civilians and government soldiers as part of the insurgency, which has killed hundreds of people and displaced more than 1.2 million more, according to the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF). The conflict has forced more than 2,200 schools to close in Burkina Faso in recent years, or “about one in ten” according to the UN, which says the closures have affected “over 300,000 children.”

“In 2020 alone, an estimated 3,270 children were recruited into armed groups in central and West Africa, the United Nations found. That accounts for more than a third of the world’s documented child soldiers,” the Washington Post reported on June 24.

“Children as young as 7 are kidnapped to become soldiers [in Burkina Faso],” a Burkinabe military officer allegedly told the Washington Post this week, speaking “on the condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to talk to the media.”

“We’ve been seeing them more and more,” he said. “They start fighting around the age of 12.”

A Reuters report on June 25 seemed to support the Washington Post‘s alleged account concerning child soldier recruitment in Burkina Faso.

“Local officials in Burkina Faso’s north, where jihadists control large areas, said child soldiers have been used by Islamist groups over the past year, but this month’s attack was by far the highest profile case [sic],” the news agency noted.

Innocent bystander shot in Times Square in broad daylight

An innocent bystander was struck by a stray bullet in Times Square late Sunday afternoon, police sources said — mere feet from where a 4-year-old girl and two others were struck by gunfire last month.

The 21-year-old man was walking with his family outside the Marriott hotel on West 45th Street and Broadway when he was hit with a ricocheted bullet just after 5:15 p.m., according to the sources and NYPD.

Sources said a relative who was walking with the man — who was visiting the Big Apple from upstate New York — pulled the slug from his arm and gave it to police.

The broad-daylight violence erupted amid a dispute between two groups — with one man opening fire.

Investigators are looking into the possibility that the fight had something to do with CD peddling in the area, according to sources.

The victim was taken to Bellevue Hospital and is expected to survive, police said.
