Seventh day adventists have a very good life expectancy when they stick with the vegetarian diet, I believe.

I think God is speaking to me about fasting as well as avoiding commercially prepared food. I'm not planting much but I've found a book about edible plants in my region and I've discovered that planting some food remains (bottom ends of green onions) will produce food plants that are perennial.

I'm not a Seventh Day Adventists though I think they are likely correct about the Sabbath and I think their diet is healthy.

India?

They are about to take their WHO shill scientist (Soumya Swaminathan) to court to have her executed or held in prison for life based on her suppression of the use of Ivermectin costing the lives of many Indians.

Suit yourself dietary wise. With so-called "magnet meat" being presented on video (not sure if it's real as I have not tried the "magnet test"), fake meat being promoted, no country of origin labelling, etc. I figure it's best to carefully source your meat or else reduce/eliminate from your diet.
