Bill Binney & Dr Horton Tis under attack – drone search & more

IMHO Bill Binney is well known, well respected and has a history of fighting for the Republic, freedom and to end illegal surveillance and other evil cabal activities. This anon was not aware of Dr. Horton and a quick dig confirmed her story of efforts to discredit her, however this is a well known deep state trick. Continuing, found her work with Catherine Austin Fitts, who is well known and respected for her Solari Reports. She clearly has a high opinion of Dr. Horton.

Since Binney & Horton suspected a drone capable of generating energy used in this electronic warfare directed at them (1755-1780MHz) a search turned up an experimental drone called “MoRFEUS” (AKA Lockheed Martin's Mobile Radio Frequency-Integrated Unmanned Aerial Systems Suppressor) on trial as a counter to drone swarms as part of a DARPA/military development program. Although the intent is to develop an autonomous anti-drone system there remains an individual to provide guidance.
It is claimed to be capable of defeating multiple threats simultaneously in a single attack using high-power microwaves (HPM). HPM are a form of directed energy weaponry which are capable of disrupting or even destroying electronics inside of drones or weapon systems, literally frying their circuitry from the inside out when powerful enough. It's not immediately clear just how powerful the HPM system in the MORFIUS drones is, but the fact that a drone of its size can deploy a high-power microwave system at all is exciting on its own.

The defense secretary delegated the Army in November 2019 to lead the effort to consolidate the wide range of counter-small unmanned aerial system, or C-sUAS, Col. Greg Soule, resources director for the Army’s Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office. The RCCTO is supporting the JCO by helping identify material solutions for C-sUAS, and it is leveraging its work on directed-energy and high-power microwave technologies to roll into a solution.
The JCO also set up a working group to look into testing C-sUAS capabilities in an urban environment, according to Soule.

Since the drone testing is likely under DARPA & DOD control this would explain why no civilian authorities will help.
