It's not like these investigations completely went away or their records disappeared. There is nuance to the brokering of power and positioning in the swamp and there are ways for things to come back around.

At best, even if SCOTUS were to rule in coming cases that fraud does indeed invalidate the election - it would mean the speaker of the house was President this whole time (unless her knowledge of and involvement with diswqualifies her).
