If you haven't yet figured out that your relationship (or lack thereof) with God is a personal journey guided by your own sense of morality, either inherent or learned, then you still don't understand the need for the plan to adhere to a 'biblical' script that brings the truth of the purpose of the plan into perspective. Keep trying; you'll get there with an open heart/mind.

>I was wrong.

Anon,

Nobody's been more wrong than this anon, and anons still let me post here. I was never certain if it was because of hilarity, or the curiousness of watching a train wreck, but the people that run this place still put up with my shit.

There's a reason for this Q post, and it's not just to instill a sense of urgency, but also to motivate anons to the gravity of the situation. We're just all anons exploring the spectrum of realities, and trying to converge on the objective one. They make finding the truth hard on purpose. It's all good, anon. We press on for truth.

So is it constitutional or not for states to conduct business with foreign powers?

Article I, Section 10

The larger debate today raises in its most general form the question of whether rational basis review or higher scrutiny should be applied to claims brought under the Contracts Clause, both as to the scope of its basic coverage and the size and power of the exceptions. This debate is but one of many facets of the choice between the classical liberal and progressive views of constitutionalism, which pivoted sharply toward the progressive view during the 1930s, where for the most part it remains today.
