"Where was McAfee…?"

Trying to answer my own question, to see if the Q-JDM-27 Barcelona tag could indicate his presence there, ca. June 17, 2018:

He "went underground" May 16, 2018.

That's one month before the Barcelona Q tag post 1528.

He declared he was living "on a boat" on January 22, 2019.

In July of 2019 he was arrested on his boat and briefly detained in the Dominican Republic.

He was arrested in Spain on Oct. 5, 2020.

I suppose the more pointed question would be,"Where was McAfee for the first month after going underground?"
