Same here. But in 2010, I was bringing groceries in from my car and one accosted me. I had already filled out the short form but she wanted me to fill out the long form. She told me it was the law. I laughed in her face and told her to take a hike. She kept persisting, saying it wouldn't take long, blah, blah, blah. I told her I already filled out the short form which is all that is necessary to determine how many people are in our State, and therefore how many State Reps. we get in Congress. She seemed confused that I actually knew that and finally left.
"She was killed by machete." Good thing they didn't have guns.

Would popular vote fix this problem of them concentrating on swing states?
Would it be harder for the Dems. to rig an election if we had the Popular vote instead of Electoral College?
