I've been searching for a new place to live for the past couple of weeks here in the Dallas area and I can tell you with 100% certainty that China has gobbled up the entire market here. Almost every realtor I contact is Chinese. I am not kidding in the least. Most times they just hang up on me when I inquire about the residence. My current residence in in a pretty upscale area in North Dallas and I am surrounded by Chinese people.
This is no fucking joke.
