How to Check Timestamps for 'Statistically Impossible' Digits?

 

re: "17 Timestamp from Joe", and related timestamp curiosities:

 

Is it possible to check public figures' tweets and other posts for Q timestamp 'handler' anomalies which would be statistically significant?

 

Maybe…

 

  1. Set plausibly simple combinatorial rules for a sum, such as '17',

 

  1. Use the rules to find what the probability of a random timestamp giving that '17' sum might be.

 

  1. Run for example Biden's tweets thru the rules checker, to see if the '17' frequency is, ah, "statistically impossible", as they say.

What might be good rules? Maybe include:

 

  • Simple digit sum.

 

  • Hours and minutes sum.

 

  • +12 PM hours and minutes sum.
