There is another possibility as to why "Baxter", the fellow who writes most (maybe all?) the articles at RealRawNews, might write detailed fictional accounts of cabal figures standing before military tribunal.
The cabal themselves do something very similar to this with all their "drills" where they act out what they will do to harm society in the future. It's the idea that by seeding the ether (quantum hologram, Universal Mind, whatever you want to call it) with a very detailed set of events that lots of people get involved in (as actors, readers, role-players, etc.), that scenario will have a tendency to crystallize into physical reality at some future point.
So maybe, Baxter is using fiction writing as a type of magick that, at least in his mind, has a benevolent purpose. The more people who read his articles, the more forcefully Universe progresses to a situation where tribunals actually take place.
