saw a documentary last year with israelis and palestinians over there talking about how they get along well enough in every day life, work together, friends, etc. and don't like that their sons have to fight each other in war. it didn't seem like there was 100% hate between the 2 groups like it is portrayed on tv
i've seen that. you can probably use a lot of that psych stuff for good or for bad. but yeah to a certain extent something like that is going on here. if the purpose is to inform and train people to question and verify though then that's not so bad.
if the purpose is to breadcrumb the bad actors, even better.
