Senate President Karen Fann stated that no results will be released this week as the audit work continues behind the scenes. Bobb hopes that Fann will reconsider her position once the Senate wraps up the budget and finishes its current floor session.

“I think we can ask for our 16 electoral college votes back and park em here… bring em back and park em in Georgia, and then if Arizona would do that and if a couple other states did that and it got below 270, then the 12th Amendment would kick in and Congress would have to act.”

Maricopa County Agrees with Hobbs: Election Equipment Won’t Be Used Again🥳👏 | KTAR (https://ktar.com/story/4529598/maricopa-county-says-election-equipment-wont-be-used-again/)
Maricopa County officials said Monday they will no longer use election equipment subpoenaed by the Arizona Senate for the ongoing audit of the 2020 election.
Hobbs said in a May 20 letter (https://t.me/ArizonaConservatives/1826) to Maricopa County leaders that the equipment they were forced to turn over for the audit “has been compromised” and can’t be used in future elections.
Hobbs, a Democrat, also said in the letter that if the county attempted to redeploy the machines, her office would “consider decertification proceedings.”

“Maricopa County will replace all tabulation equipment subpoenaed by AZ Senate GOP & handled by Cyber Ninjas. Part of $6M lease deal w dominion voting. Price tag & terms for new lease unknown, MariCo spox says.”
A new equipment lease would come at a time when the County’s questionable Dominion procurement process is being audited (https://t.me/ArizonaConservatives/2161) thanks to @KellyTownsend.
