Anyone with COVID antibodies - due to vaccination or previous exposure to the virus - is at increased risk due to antibody-dependent enhancement:

"Data from the study of SARS-CoV and other respiratory viruses suggest that anti-SARS-CoV-2 antibodies could exacerbate COVID-19 through antibody-dependent enhancement (ADE)."

I've assumed the thrombosis and myocarditis are due to vascular injury caused by cleaved spike proteins in circulation. I'm not well read on the subject.
