Update: Checking also for both Eastern Daylight and Eastern Standard timestamps on all sampled tweets. The number of '17' timestamp digit sums for Dan Scavino and Biden POTUS* tweets remains unexceptional.

For sake of argument, if there's some Q team timestamp signaling in those accounts, it wouldn't seem to be simple digit sums.
