I have no idea if the approaches I've tried are good or will work, but based on some of the recommendations I've found on line I've tried a couple of things.
I bought some anise extract from the store and started adding a drop or two to my coffee.
I found star anise in the bulk section of a health food store and simply started chewing on one section of the "star" from time to time.
I bought some Panda licorice, which for me is a delicious snack though I think licorice can affect heart rhythm in some people. If my heart beat changes I stop eating the licorice for a while. (Haven't had any in months, but I'd like to have some occasionally as it tastes good.)
I hope an anon can explain something to me. I started using the licorice (when I can find it) because there is a compound in it that seemed like it would be beneficial. What I find interesting is that licorice tastes like two other non-botanically related plants that may also help with CCP virus/spike protein illness. These are fennel and star anise. I do not know if fennel or star anise have this so called glycyrrhizin, which is supposedly helpful in the licorice, but according to the following is also potentially toxic.

I have been thinking for some time of that particular Old Testament miracle.
In Numbers 21 he people were complaining and God sent fiery serpents among them. They bit the people and many died. When the people repented of their complaining and asked for help Moses was instructed by God to put a serpent on a pole and if the people were bitten and looked to the serpent on the pole they would live.
The serpent on the pole was meant to be a foreshadowing of the death of Jesus, who became sin for us on the cross.
However, it seems this figure has become an idol. Perhaps even the source of some of our medical symbolism.
Instead of looking to Jesus, we LET the serpents bite us (vaccines)!

Just lost my "sh&t" watching Tucker just now. 600,000 Americans reportedly dead from "COVID-19" and maybe many more injured or killed by the gene therapy jabs.
Let me say what is about to happen. I think we are going to see compensation for the families of ALL 600,000 dead. The slobs who perpetrated this will take "credit" for every single death, even the gun shot wound with the "positive" test. Furthermore, every single person who had a reaction to a "COVID vaccine" or their surviving family will also be compensated. You see, had Anthony Fauci, who knew 15 years ago that HCQ was effective against "SARS-CoV" done the right thing and made sure every American had a bottle of cheap effective HCQ in their medicine chest, there would have been no pandemic, no need for lockdowns and certainly no need for bio-weapon "spike protein" jabs.
Injecting the bio-weapons into children has to be the last straw. And make no mistake it is a bio-weapon. Coronaviruses are a dime a dozen. How the "heck" did we get a "vaccine" that uses an experimental gene therapy to manufacture within human bodies the very part of the putative "virus" that was 100% human engineered to facilitate entry into cells and cause maximum damage? This was an attack on humanity. The CDC will NOT be able to "suggest" any more vaccines to anyone.
