I found an analysis of this research on social media by Alex Berenson suggesting risk of COVID-19 hospitalization and death is highly related to weight in people under 60.

Losing weight could be the best way to reduce risk, but lockdowns made a lot of people fatter.
I think the analysis by Alex Berenson takes it much further, though: If you aren't fat and are under 60, the 'rona isn't going to get you.
Pretty much.
Might explain why "people of color" and/or other minorities are said to be of higher risk. I'd hazard a guess that if you are poor and eat a lot of fast food your BMI is likely to be higher.
If you see a baby and your first impulse isn't to care for them, but to stick a hypodermic into them you are not a "medical professional" you are a voodoo priest, I think.
The link you posted looks impressive on the subject of COVID origins.
However, I think the research I cited shows that BMI in people of whatever background or racial heritage is THE major determinant of COVID risk under 60. Under 60 and not fat: No severe disease or death.
Might explain why people who smoke might be better off than others.
Why is a "medical professional" with a vaccine needle worse than a voodoo priest?
Voodoo priests only stick needles into dolls, "medical professionals" stick them into living people.
