Aha! I knew Laconics of Cult wasn't the right book when I kept mentioning those digs.

Baron Trump's Marvelous Underground Journey is the one Don would read to Baron all of the time, right?

Those were very interesting digs

Dan Peña

He's full of shit though.

If you understood what Blockchain is (Bitcoin being the first publicly circulated Blockchain currency), you'd know why people keep trying to scare everyone over it.

Find out how the Federal Reserve is structured and how the USD is structured. Find out how Bitcoin is structured. If you actually do the research, you should find out quickly the glaring differences: one is a public and decentralized ledger. The other is a private and centralized ledger.

It's not going to zero any time soon. It can still make you very wealthy. It's the only asset man has ever known that cannot be inflated to death (at all, actually) and it's the answer to centralized control of central bank fiat currencies.

It's imperative you do your own research. We've been trying to get you to pay attention for quite a few years now. Continuing to ignore us is a very grave mistake to keep making.

I meant to include that Dan has otherwise amazing advice and should be listened to for other reasons. Many of the vaguely financial advice guys that are popular for these kinds of talks make the same mistake. Dave Ramsey is a good primer for brainlets. Peter Schiff does a wonderful job of explaining the glaring faults of our economy. Dan Peña does great at motivating demoralized, lazy young men who don't know what to do with themselves.

Listening to these geriatrics is a silly thing to do, however. They've missed out on their opportunity for generational wealth out of stubbornness, all because they thought they had this shit figured out and have convinced themselves that their investments are safe when the reality is that inflation will cripple them all within a few generations.

Who should you listen to that makes Bitcoin/Blockchain digestible? Give Michael Saylor a try.

>Putin concocted a way to free the world from USD.

I'm not sure what's wrong with that… kek

But it's not Putin, I'm afraid. Blockchain tech was bestowed upon us by someone offering a cure to the prison of a failing economy whose foundation is literal slavery; wage slavery, debt slavery, etc.

You should remember that the guys saying things like this either don't understand the underlying tech, have investments that stand to become upended with outside success or they have some non-monetary investment that inspires their position which means they literally cannot change their minds without betraying themselves.

John was wrong as well. Using another private ledger isn't the answer. Maybe if Monero takes over, we force politicians and people with lots of influence to reveal their public key or something. I don't know what kind of ideas will emerge and all I'm doing here is pointing out the faults I guess…

But if we spend too much attention with Monero, we just kinda go back to square one with another private ledger.

"Privacy" is a meme with it comes to Blockchain. The whole idea was to avoid Secrecy, which if one actually read the Cypherpunk Manifesto, one would understand the glaring difference between the two ideas… which Monerofags conveniently seem not to.

yeah, what I was pointing out as interesting was the image talking about "Cyber Defense Media Group Acquired by US Defense Contractor Ingersoll Lockwood". That's awfully peculiar, along with learning Ingersoll Lockwood Inc. is a thing.
