There is over the air broadcast and there is cable. Cable usually carries local TV stations. Fox News is not over the air, it is delivered via cable in most cases and is not part of the FOX TV network- it is a cable channel. If you are on cable, call your cable company. Running totals of "blackouts" may only mean cable service has issues.
