Thinking about Rumsfeld today and wondering about how Satanists die, along with their twisted dreams of living forever… Probably very few of them ever die of old age or natural causes.

Sometimes they seemed to be sacrificed, even when they are very old, and possibly right before a natural death can occur. I'm sure many do so willingly, believing they are serving a purpose. They probably accept this fate as part of their bargain.

Sometimes they seem to be eliminated, because they have become a liability for one reason or another, or because they broke their vow of secrecy, or some other oath they took along the way. Often it seems they just disappear and are then forgotten, and might not have died at all – just then. What becomes of the rest of their lives? It would probably seem like they were dead anyway.

And what about the many stories of their children who die very young? Some are probably whisked away to grow up with a different identity, trained to fulfill their assigned role, fully protected. Others are bred, purely for the purpose of sacrifice, I'm sure.

They have a deep hatred of death, but also of life.. is it worth all of that just for fleeting pleasures?
