Some notes on the precision of that Barcelona tag, and a further dig.

The tag is well within 1 degree of the geodetic straight line connecting McAfee's penitentiary and Facebook's offshore election-interference offices.

The tag divides that line into the common 23-32 opposition signal (23 km vs 3.2 km).

If, hypothetically, the tag were placed instead on the wall at a nearby soccer field, just 500 m away, the line would have passed far from FB, and the distance to FB would have increased to 3.3 km, nulling (1.) and (2.).

The line's total length, FB to McAfee's prison, was 27 km. This matches the tag (where '27' appears TWICE) and also matches McAfee's JDM initials gematria.

Line (1.) runs 27 km specifically to Brians 2, location of McAfee's cell. Hypothetically, a line to the adjacent Brians 1 complex would have been 26 km, nulling (4.). 27 km is a precise measure.

So distance (4.) and angle (1.) give a very precise positioning of McAfee's final known location, if we grant a start from the high-visibility skyscraper FB landmark.
Add the repeated "black triangle" ring coincidence, and it seems likely to anon that Barcelona FB election operations were important, intensely monitored, and slated to appear in the news someday hereafter.
