This is not new news. The NSA have been recording every electronic communication since at least 2003 when The Patriot Act came online. Of course they were likely doing this before but no one should be surprised the NSA scoops up everything. Now do they call the FBI or C_A and use them as the enforcers? Probably not. This all could be Tucker working for the C_A pulling another Snowden by pointing out NSA capability in an effort to restrict it so C_A can get away with more crap. I believe Q has suggested NSA are good guys. Tucker then would be shilling for the bad guys.
