Decades ago the Fabian Socialists were planning (trust the plan) to buy up the vast majority of private property and residential homes.
They intend to force housing prices way up (happening now), out of the reach of the average salaried/hourly worker.
By forcing the general population to become rent paying tenants, the next phase of tyranny can be pursued… herding people into high density megalopolis regions and making vast tracks of land "unauthorized" for human traffic.
