Back when Q drops brought Epstein and Little St. James to the attention of anons, drone video of the island contributed by one 'Rusty Shackleford' appeared. Anons theorized that it was supplied by McAfee. He has been associated with and part of the Epstein digs for at least three years, Anon.
I suspect he was one of them and was set up for some reason (Belize) and was on the run. It's possible he cut a deal. He may get used by the white hats as a front for 'the NSA accidentally releases it all'.
It's about a rumored 'face peel' used to terrorize victims under torture. It is not unusual to see photos of the faces of victims of the narco-terrorists removed from their bodies, but the rumor is that HRC and Huma were recorded doing it to a child. 'Wilson' and related images appear to be representations of this technique.

San Jose power station attack raises wider security concerns, news report says

An unsolved attack on an electrical-power substation in California last year, in which vital transformers were riddled with gunfire and disabled for nearly four weeks, has left some experts worried that a chain of similar attacks could cause crippling damage to the U.S. power grid.
The Wall Street Journal provided new details Wednesday about an April 16 incident at the Metcalf transmission station in San Jose. The attack did not cause major power disruptions because officials were able to reroute electricity around the damaged substation.
The attack did not seem to be the work of amateurs. The shell casings left behind were devoid of fingerprints, and there were piles of small rocks near where the snipers took their shots that may have been placed by a scouting team, the Journal said.
“It’s still an ongoing investigation,” Brian Swanson, a spokesman for Pacific Gas and Electric, which owns the substation, said in a telephone interview with The Washington Post. “We’re not going to speculate as to the possible motive before the investigation is complete.”

There is so much in the history of qresearch that others need to learn. I see that as the ongoing mission of this place. Many concepts are not pleasant to understand. Anons are introduced to things we would much rather not think about. It's necessary to promote a greater awakening, however, and we should welcome and explain what we can to all who come here seeking a greater understanding.
