I certainly hope so, but my cursory and nonlegal-minded review of US v. Throckmorton gives me pause
because, even though Electors may have been defrauded, the intervening certification by Congress
was performed in 'good faith', and only indirectly tainted by fraud. It will be interesting to watch it play out.
