For me, it was dumping it all out and starting over in learning - The brain= computer, remove all preloaded BS programming apps – uninstall, clean it ALL out, stat running using just the basics. Don't use mcAfee ;) as many programs are heavy and will slow you down, slow the system using resources behind the scenes that frustrate the temper ego user.
