well, if someone around me monitors my electronic comms and uses them for street theatre while including a handful of other immediately around me, that's a crime
you see, what they do on top of that is…. they have cameras facking my backyard, side of my house, and front street corners in all directions….. they use these cameras in addition to other things to know exactly when I come out and the route I am taking for a dog run…. they then gather at different parts of the path and perform clown acts.
This has been going on for a while.
