Thank you! Excellent water still comes out of the ground. Don't live where someone else dictates your water quality. If you can't deal with animals, find a local rancher who understands high quality meat production. And if you don't know how to grow a garden or can food, what in hell have you been doing?
The country is HUGE! (I've criss-crossed it a dozen times by car since I quit flying 18 years ago), and I know people who live simply and grow most of their own food in several states. Water, of course, is key. There are places in your state where it is plentiful and pure.
Now we're getting to it. "Condo almost tripled in price". Egad. You can't speak of pure water and healthful food production while concentrating on fake values. One cancels the other. You have to get clear about what you want in your life. If you need "money appreciation", just understand those processes don't generally produce healthful lifestyles.
